Section 51.12 - Hearing officer's report

For matters governed by Public Health Law, sections 230, 230-a and 230-b, the hearing officer shall submit the hearing panel's signed final report not more than 52 days after the last day of hearing if service will be effectuated by mail and not more than 58 days after the last day of hearing if service will be effectuated personally. In all other matters, within 60 days of the close of the records, including receipt of the transcript, if any, the hearing officer should prepare his report and submit it to the commissioner or to the appropriate board or council, and to all parties.
