Section 46.1 - Definition of medical service

Medical service, as it relates to children and youth with special health care needs, means such diagnostic, therapeutic and rehabilitative care by medical and paramedical personnel, including hospital and related care, and drugs, prostheses, appliances, equipment and devices, as necessary.
