Section 7-2.23 - Refuse storage and disposal

(a) Refuse shall mean solid wastes.

(b) Facilities shall be provided and maintained for the storage, handling and disposal of refuse to prevent nuisance conditions, insect and rodent infestations and pollution of air and water.
