Section 22.8 - Reporting of certain occupational exposures

Every employer who employs 100 or more persons shall file annually with the State Commissioner of Health a listing of those employees who, in the course of their employment, used, made, or were otherwise exposed to the chemicals and compounds listed in subdivision (a) of this section during the previous year. The listing of employees shall be on such forms as may be prescribed by the State Commissioner of Health.
