Section 22.10 - Effective dates

The provisions of sections 22.6 and 22.7 of this Part shall be effective on December 1, 1981; the provisions of sections 22.4 and 22.5 of this Part shall be effective on April 1, 1982; the provisions of section 22.8 of this Part, which require the annual reporting of certain occupational exposures not later than September 1st of each year, shall be effective September 1, 1982 for the initial reporting period January 1, 1982 through June 30, 1982; and the provisions of sections 22.1, 22.2 and 22.3 of this Part shall be effective on October 1, 1982.
