As required by section 324 (1)(f) of the Public Health Law, every local health officer, as defined in section 11.1 of this Part, shall, when so requested, attend conferences called by the commissioner or his authorized representative. A failure to attend, without good cause, shall be deemed just cause for removal of such local health officer pursuant to applicable provisions of the Public Health Law.
