Section 1.30 - Disclosure of confidential information concerning cancer, tuberculosis and venereal diseases to the medical examiner of an induction center of the armed forces authorized

To facilitate the administration of the Selective Service Act, State health officers or local health officers having custody of cancer, tuberculosis and venereal disease case records may divulge to the medical examiner of an induction center of the armed forces the identity, laboratory examination results and treatment status of individuals who have been reported to them as cases of cancer, tuberculosis or venereal disease.
