No person shall interfere with or obstruct the entrance to any house, building, vessel, or other premises by the State Commissioner of Health, or local health officer, or the authorized representative of either, in the discharge of his official duties; nor shall any person interfere with or obstruct the inspection or examination of any occupant of any such house, building, vessel, or other premises by the State Commissioner of Health, or local health officer, or the authorized representative of either, in the discharge of his official duties.
