(a) To qualify for admission to a fair all deer, llamas, ruminants and swine shall:
(1)
be accompanied by an original intrastate or interstate certificate of
veterinary inspection as defined in section
351.1 of this Part which shall be
presented to the commissioner at any time upon request.
