Any sampling and analysis as provided for by the law shall be in accordance with methods of sampling and analysis generally accepted in the scientific community. The methods of sampling and analysis set forth in the Official Method of Analysis of the Association of Official Analytical Chemists, 11th Edition, 1970,[FN1] and as such methods may hereafter be revised, shall be prima facie evidence of such generally accepted standards.
