The provisions of Order No. 2 of the Secretary of Agriculture of the United States are identical with those of official Order No. 126, as promulgated by the Commissioner of Agriculture and Markets of the State of New York, herein designated as Part 20. Such orders are joint and concurrent and are jointly administered. For the purpose of continuing such uniformity, sections appear in the Official Compilation under Federal Order designations.
