The provisions of this Part are issued jointly and concurrently with the provisions of Part 1000 promulgated by the Secretary of Agriculture of the United States also relating to the New York - New Jersey milk marketing area. Such Parts shall be jointly administered and shall have uniform application to Federal Order No. 2 and New York State Official Order No. 126 (1 NYCRR Part 20) each regulating the handling of milk in the New York - New Jersey milk marketing area.
