The objective of this part is to establish the requirements for complying with the Caregivers Criminal History Screening Act. Generally included within these rules are the requirements and procedures for submission of applicant, caregiver and hospital caregiver fingerprints, payment of fees and administrative reconsideration for a disqualifying conviction. These rules are intended to have all covered care providers meeting the requirements of the act.
