A. These regulations apply to the following:
(1)
public, profit or nonprofit outpatient facilities, ambulatory surgical centers,
diagnostic and treatment centers, or infirmaries, providing services as
outlined by these regulations; or
(2) any facility providing services as
outlined by these regulations which by federal regulation must be licensed by
the state of New Mexico to obtain or maintain full or partial, permanent or
temporary federal funding.
B. These regulations do not apply to the following: offices and treatment rooms of licensed private practitioners.
