Section 8.370.17.28 - MINIMUM STAFF QUALIFICATIONS

The facility staff minimum qualifications shall be:

Direct service staff: Each staff member who provides direct medical services to clients, such as physicians, midwives, nurses, nurse practitioners and physician's assistants, who are required to be licensed, registered or certified by the state of New Mexico, must have a current license, registration or certificate from the state of New Mexico at the time they provide the services.
