The New Mexico medicaid program (medicaid) pays for medically necessary health services furnished to eligible recipients, including covered case management services furnished to adult recipients who are traumatically brain injured [ 42 U.S.C. Section 1396 n(g)(1)(2) ]. This part describes eligible providers, eligible recipients, covered services, service limitations and general reimbursement methodology.
