A. A family is eligible to receive IHS without regard to income.
B. A family may be eligible to receive IHS when:
(1) the child has been determined to be
conditionally safe and the risk of child abuse or neglect has been determined
to be moderate or high; or
(2) the
child has been determined to be unsafe and the risk of child abuse or neglect
has been determined to be very low, low, moderate, or high.
C. Parents who are involved in an active legal case through an abuse or neglect petition or a voluntary placement are ineligible for IHS.
