Section 7.26.3.13 - CLIENT COMPLAINT PROCEDURE AVAILABLE

A complainant may initiate a complaint as provided in the client complaint procedure to resolve complaints alleging that a service provider has violated a client's rights as described in Section 10 [now 7.26.3.10 NMAC]. The department will enforce remedies for substantiated complaints of violation of a client's rights as provided in client complaint procedure.
