A. Hearing procedures for adverse action initiated by the licensing authority against a facility license as outlined in Sections 16 and 17 [now 7.13.2.16 NMAC and 7.13.2.17 NMAC] above will be held in accordance with Adjudicatory Hearings, New Mexico department of health, 7 NMAC 1.2 (2-1-96 ) [now 7.1.2 NMAC].

B. A copy of the above regulations will be furnished to a facility at the time an adverse action is initiated against its license by the licensing authority, or a copy may be requested at any time by contacting the licensing authority.
