Hearing procedures for an administrative appeal of an adverse action taken by the department against a facility's license will be held in accordance with applicable rules relating to adjudicatory hearings, including, but not limited to,,, 7.1.2 NMAC, as amended. A copy of the above regulations will be furnished at the time an adverse action is taken against a facility's license by the licensing authority, if the regulations cannot be obtained from a public website.
