This regulation is adopted by the public education department (hereinafter the "department") for the purpose of establishing hearing procedures for suspension, revocation or other disciplinary actions regarding a license or certificate issued by the department to a school instructor, administrator or any other of the individuals enumerated in Section 22-10A-3 A, NMSA 1978.
