The New Mexico state fair and the state of New Mexico assume no liability for personal injury or loss or damage to any property of the concessionaire or exhibitor or their patrons due to fire, theft, tornado, weather conditions, force majeure, negligent or intentional acts of a third party or other incident. It is required that each concessionaire and exhibitor retain comprehensive general liability insurance in up to the amount of one million dollars, in addition to naming the New Mexico state fair as additionally insured.
