Section 4.10.2.2 - SCOPE

The historic preservation division, the state historic preservation officer, cultural properties review committee, owners of property listed in the state register of cultural properties or the national register of historic places who apply and/or are interested in participating in the loan fund, lending institutions and federal agencies or non-profit organizations with funds available for making loans to owners of registered historic properties. These regulations have been promulgated primarily to govern projects jointly funded by the state historic preservation division through its loan fund and lending institutions such as commercial banks, savings and loans, and credit unions. Entities other than lending institutions, e.g., non-profit organizations, may also contribute funding to the rehabilitation, restoration, or repair of registered cultural property.
