July 1, 2004, unless a later date is cited at the end of a section. The effective date of a specific section is located at the end of each section within the historical brackets. As required by the New Mexico Air Quality Control Act, Chapter 74, Article 2, Section 6 NMSA 1978, no regulation or emission control requirement or amendment thereto, or repeal thereof, shall become effective until 30 days after its filing under the State Rules Act, Chapter 14, Article 4 NMSA 1978.
