Section 19.2.4.15 - ASSIGNMENT AND RELINQUISHMENT

No lease may be assigned or relinquished without the written approval of the commissioner upon such terms and conditions as the commissioner may require and the payment of the fee as set forth in the schedule of fees. All assignments shall be upon forms prescribed by the commissioner and shall recite, among other things, the consideration received for the assignment.
