Section 19.2.10.21 - AFFIDAVIT OF COMPLETION

Upon the completion of construction of any easement or right of way, the holder of the easement or right of way shall, within 60 days after completion of construction, file with the commissioner an affidavit of completion. Failure to file such affidavit in accordance with this section shall subject the easement or right of way to termination in accordance with the provisions of this part.
