The National Association of Railroad and Utilities Commissioners' REGULATIONS TO GOVERN THE PRESERVATION OF RECORDS OF ELECTRIC, GAS AND WATER UTILITIES, Revised 1963, with any subsequent revisions by the National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners (NARUC), is prescribed for all gas, water, sewer, and electric utilities subject to the Commission's jurisdiction except for corporations organized under the New Mexico Rural Electric Cooperative Act. The said utilities shall preserve their records in compliance with the said Regulations.
