Section 17.11.25.9 - ACCESS TO AND AUDIT OF DATA

Unless otherwise authorized by the commission, a carrier shall make all records required by this rule available to the commission, staff with the consent of the commission, or its authorized representatives at any time upon reasonable notice. A LILEC shall make customer proprietary network information available to the commission to the extent allowed by law. A carrier shall retain all records required by this rule for at least two years. The commission, or staff with the consent of the commission, may periodically audit the timeliness and accuracy of carriers' customer service and repair records.
