Pamp.) and the Uniform Licensing Act, NMSA 1978 Section 61-1-1 through ' 61-1-33 (1993 Repl. Pamp.); and the Uniform Licensing Act, Section 61-1-3.2, NMSA 1978 (2003 Repl. Pamp).
