The provisions in Part 12 of Chapter 13 apply to persons who have placed their nursing home administrators license on inactive status or to persons whose licenses have expired due to non-renewal and who wish to reactivate their license. The inactive or expired licenses are still within the time limitation during which the license can be reactivated.
