A. Section 2701 - General. See this section of the IBC except as provided below. 2701.1 - Scope. Delete this section of the IBC and substitute: Electrical systems, including emergency and standby power systems, and electrical equipment, appliances, fixtures, fittings, and appurtenances thereto, shall be installed, altered, repaired, replaced, maintained, tested, and designed pursuant to the provisions of the NMEC.
B. Section 2702 - Emergency and Standby Power Systems. See this section of the IBC except as provided below.
