Section 13.1.5.26 - REQUESTING COPIES OF EXHIBITS, AUDIO, OR THE ADMINISTRATIVE RECORD

Any party may access and copy any writing filed to the docket. Copies of an audio recording or written transcript of the proceeding shall be arranged through the stenographic service. OSI may charge a reasonable fee for copies made, consistent with its fee schedule under the Inspection of Public Records Act. OSI may also require the requesting party to submit a computer storage device, such as a compact disc, dvd disc, bluray disc, usb drive, or other tangible device for copying of any audio or video recording that is part of the administrative record.
