A. How taken: Appeals from commission orders shall be as provided by statute.
B. Preparation of record on appeal:
(1) The commission
secretary shall be responsible for preparation and certification of the record
proper in accordance with applicable court rules regarding appeals from
decisions of administrative agencies.
(2) The court reporter who recorded the
hearing shall be responsible for preparation of the transcript of hearing in
accordance with applicable court rules regarding appeals from decisions of
administrative agencies.
C. Costs: The cost of perfecting an appeal shall be borne by the appellant.
