Section 11.21.3.14 - NOTICE OF HEARING

If the director, following investigation and the filing of an answer, believes that there is sufficient evidence that the respondent has committed a prohibited practice to warrant a hearing, the director shall designate a hearing examiner, set a hearing, and serve a notice of the hearing upon all parties. The director shall dismiss the complaint or set a hearing within thirty (30) days of filing of the complaint. A hearing shall be scheduled within forty-five (45) days of the filing of the complaint.
