If any party requests permission to file a post-hearing brief, the hearing examiner shall permit all parties to file briefs and shall set a time, for the filing of briefs which normally shall be no longer than ten (10) days following the close of the hearing. Briefs shall be filed with the director and copies shall be served on all parties.
