Section 11.21.2.15 - NOTICE OF FILING OF PETITION

Unless the director has determined that there is need for a representation hearing pursuant to Section 19, then within thirty (30) days of receipt of a petition, the director shall issue a notice stating that the petition has been filed, naming the petitioner, stating the unit petitioned-for, and stating the procedures for intervention as set forth in Section 16, below, including the date by which an intervenor must file its petition and showing of interest. The director shall issue sufficient copies of the notice to each employer involved, and each such employer shall post such copies in places where notices to employees are normally posted. The notices shall remain posted continuously for a least five days.
