Information and complaints involving criminal fraud, waste, abuse or other criminal activity shall be reported immediately to the state administrative entity or to the Regional Inspector General for Investigations, U.S. Department of Labor, 525 Griffin Street, Dallas, TX 75202 with a copy simultaneously provided to the Employment and Training Administration: Administrator, Employment and Training Administration, United States Department of Labor, Griffin Street, Dallas, Texas 75202.
