Section 9A:9-7.8 - Verification of enrollment and academic performance

Before payment may be made to an eligible student, the institution must certify that the student has registered full time for an academic term in an undergraduate degree program and that the student is meeting the minimum standards for academic performance and academic progress at the institution in accordance with 9A:9-2.1 0.
