The dependent child or surviving spouse must be enrolled or plan to be enrolled as a full-time undergraduate student in good standing in a curriculum leading to a degree at an institution of higher education in order to be eligible to receive a New Jersey World Trade Center Scholarship. Students possessing an undergraduate degree (either a Baccalaureate or Associate degree) are not eligible for student assistance at that degree level.
