Residency Requirements for Tuition Purposes at Public Colleges and Universities, was
readopted as R.2000 d.307, effective June 23, 2000. See: 32 N.J.R. 1122(a), 32

Chapter 5, Residency Requirements for Tuition Purposes
at Public Colleges and Universities, was repealed, and Chapter 5, Residency
Requirements for Tuition Purposes at Public Colleges and Universities, was adopted
as new rules by R.2001 d.254, effective July 16, 2001. See: 33 N.J.R. 1287(a), 33

Chapter 5, Residency Requirements for Tuition Purposes
at Public Colleges and Universities, was readopted as R.2006 d.417, effective

In
accordance with N.J.S.A. 52:14B-5.1b, Chapter 5, Residency Requirements for Tuition
Purposes at Public Colleges and Universities, was scheduled to expire on October 16,
2013. See: 43 N.J.R. 1203(a).
Chapter 5, Residency Requirements for
Tuition Purposes at Public Colleges and Universities, was readopted as R.2014 d.063,
effective March 14, 2014. See: Source and Effective Date.
Subchapter 3,
Eligibility Requirements for Undocumented Immigrants to Receive In-State Tuition,
was adopted as new rules by R.2014 d.186, effective December 15, 2014. See: 46
N.J.R. 1523(a), 46 N.J.R. 2415(b).
In accordance with
N.J.S.A.
52:14B-5.1, Chapter 5, Residency Requirements for
Tuition Purposes at Public Colleges and Universities, was scheduled to expire on
March 14, 2021. Pursuant to Executive Order Nos. 127 (2020) and 244 (2021) and
P.L.
2021, c. 103, any chapter of
the New Jersey Administrative Code that would otherwise have expired during the
Public Health Emergency originally declared in Executive Order No. 103 (2020) was
extended through January 1, 2022. Therefore, this chapter has not yet expired and is
extended 180 days from the later of the existing expiration date or the date of
filing of this notice of proposed readoption, whichever is later, which date is June
19, 2022, pursuant to
N.J.S.A.
52:14B-5.1.c, Executive Order No. 244 (2021), and
