The following provisions of this chapter governing the EOF program shall also apply to grants made under the King Scholarship unless they are inconsistent with, or otherwise excepted within, the provisions of this subchapter: 9A:11-3.2(b), 3.5, 6.1, 6.3, 6.5, 6.6, 6.7 and 6.8.
