(a) Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 26:3D-62, fines for violations of the Act and this chapter are as follows:
1. $ 250.00 for a
first offense;
2. $ 500.00 for a
second offense; and
3. $ 1,000 for
each subsequent offense.
