(a) Each applicant for licensure as an AFC caregiver and non-client adult resident of a proposed AFC home shall submit impressions of their fingerprints in a manner specified by the New Jersey State Police. Instructions are available at: http://www.nj.gov/health/legal/fingerprinting.shtml.

1. If the initial fingerprint impressions are not readable by either the New Jersey State Police or the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the applicant caregiver or non-client adult resident of the AFC home shall submit a new set of fingerprint impressions.
