Section 8:43-3A.1 - Scope

The rules set forth in this subchapter shall apply to all existing residential health care facilities. Physical environment standards for existing licensed facilities shall be maintained, and existing facilities shall be inspected according to licensing standards contained in this subchapter, and in addition shall comply with N.J.A.C. 5:70, the New Jersey Uniform Fire Code.
