(a) Oxygen administration devices may, but need not, be carried on an MAV. If carried, except in those instances where the patient supplies such devices, the MAV shall be staffed with at least one EMT-Basic, and the oxygen and related equipment shall meet the standards set forth at 8:40-6.6.

(b) Each vehicle shall have a pocket-mask device, CPR mask with a one-way valve or some other approved barrier protection device for utilization in the event that CPR is performed on a patient.
