Section 8:36-5.4 - Submission and availability of documents

(a) The facility or program shall, upon request, submit in writing any documents which are required by this chapter to the Director of the Certificate of Need and Licensing Program. Additionally, upon request of the Department, the facility or program shall submit in writing data related to utilization, demographics, costs, charges, staffing, and other planning and financial data necessary to evaluate the services provided.

(b) The facility shall report the number of resident days per calendar year to the Department's Certificate of Need and Licensing Program by April 15 of each year, for the prior calendar year.
