Only facilities licensed as assisted living residences or comprehensive personal care homes may describe and offer themselves to the public as providing assisted living services and care or other similar services. Violation of this requirement shall constitute operation of a health care facility without a license, and shall be subject to penalty in accordance with 26:2H-14 and N.J.A.C. 8:43E-1.
