(a) Facilities must develop policies and procedures addressing a resident's:
1. Requisition of devices and equipment;
2. Timely provision of devices and equipment; and
3. Return of devices and equipment.
(b) Facilities must designate and require appropriate staff to communicate the policies and procedures at (a) above to residents.
