The provisions of N.J.A.C. 8:43G, Licensing Standards for Hospitals, and N.J.A.C. 8:43A, Standards for Licensure of Ambulatory Care Facilities, are hereby incorporated by reference. Applicants receiving certificate of need approval under the provisions of this chapter shall comply with all applicable licensing requirements of N.J.A.C. 8:43G and 8:43A.
