Section 8:21-9.5 - License fees

(a) The Department shall collect from each applicant for a license, under the provisions of these rules, an annual fee in the following amounts:
1. For each wholesale food or cosmetic
establishment with a gross annual business not in excess of $ 100,000, $
150.00;
2. For each wholesale food
or cosmetic establishment with a gross annual business in excess of $ 100,000
but not in excess of $ 500,000, $ 500.00; and
3. For each wholesale food or cosmetic
establishment with a gross annual business in excess of $ 500,000, $
1,000.
